Besuch von Schüler*innen aus Griechenland

Am 29. März 2019 bekam unser Institut Besuch einer Schüler-Delegation aus Griechenland.
Die Delegation aus Lyceum Vasiliko Euboea und Lyceum of Chalkida (Griechenland), angeleitet von Konstantinos Zisopoulos, Soziologielehrer, bestand aus 67 Schülern im Alter von 16 - 18 Jahren, sowie insg. 8 Lehrer. Irina Siegel zeigte ihnen unsere Uni und das Institut für Soziologie. Ulrich Zeitler von der Musikhochschule stellte das Musikstudium in Freiburg vor.
Die Gruppe machte eine 1-wöchige Auslandsreise durch Europa und besuchte dabei unter anderem Zürich, Straßburg und das EU-Parlament, Colmar und Freiburg.
Herr Zisopoulos berichtete, dass der Besuch an unserem Institut für seine Schüler sehr interessant und informativ war und dass einige nun Interesse hätte in Freiburg zu studieren.

27-31 March 2019 a group from Lyceum Vasiliko Euboea and Lyceum of Chalkida (Greece) consisting of 67 students/ pupils and their professors Zisopoulos K., Ovadias S. (Director) and Lymberi K., Papaioannou S., Papathanasiou E., Soilemezis A. were making a study trip in Germany, France and Switzerland. They visited the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
The students had the opportunity to learn about the functioning of the EU institutions and in particular, the role of the European Parliament and to develop their views on the future of the EU in a constructive dialogue. The students then visited the Plenary Hall where they watched live voting on the drafts of the bill and in turn moved to the Parlamentarium where they participated in educational actions.
To foster their educational goals, the students visited the Institute of Sociology of the University of Freiburg (Germany). The study group was welcomed by Irina Siegel and her colleague Ulrich Zeitler from the University of Music Freiburg (Hochschule für Musik). They presented the prospects of studying abroad in Freiburg.
The teacher, Konstantinos Zisopoulos told us, that his students were excited of the new experience and knowledge they gained during their visit to the University of Freiburg. Some of them are now considering coming to Freiburg as international students.
